The Governing Body elections were held on 8 March 2012. The following parents were elected: Mr T Boshoff, Mr M da Silva, Mrs L Ismail, Mr K Jarvis, Mr I Laher, Mrs K Raboroko, Mr F Shaikjee, Mr Z Singh and Mrs C van der Westhuizen. Ms J Bernard, Mrs J Peters and Mrs W Watt were elected as educator representatives and Mrs K Nagel was elected as the non-educator representative.

At a handover meeting on 22 March 2012, Theo Boshoff was elected Chairperson, Kevin Jarvis Vice-Chairperson, Imraan Laher Treasurer and Karen Nagel Secretary. It was proposed and agreed that the former Chairperson, Tony de Munnik, be co-opted onto the Governing Body for the remainder of the year.
