The Governing Body was voted into office on 9 June 2009 under the chairmanship of Tony de Munnik. The Governing Body brings much experience and expertise in many fields and many of the members have been involved with the Jeppe family of schools for many years.  

The Governing Body operates on a portfolio system, with members being responsible for reporting back to the governing body on developments.
