The school started a Rainwater Harvesting System in 2020 by installing JoJo Tanks to capture the rainwater from the roof of the school hall. This non-potable water is now used to facilitate hand-washing and toilet flushing in the cloakrooms, in order to save on municipal water, as well as to be able to offer sanitation during water supply outages. This contributes to a saving of up to 85% and minimizes water waste.
